David Ramey and his wife Carla founded Ramey Wine Cellars in 1996, following sixteen years as a Sonoma winemaker establishing Matanzas Creek and Chalk Hill wineries in the marketplace, then six years in the Napa Valley as winemaker for Dominus Estate and reshaping  Girard Winery into Rudd Oakville. At this event to benefit Juvenile Diabetes, you’ll learn about the Ramey wines paired with Chef Andy Tran’s 6-course menu shown below, and served in Murphy’s private dining room.  Ramey National Sales Manager, George Staikos, will be on hand to guide you through the wines.
