Imagine a most memorable 5-course dinner where every dish has goat cheese as the star ingredient complimented by wonderfully fresh Georgia fruits and vegetables, Georgia shrimp and chicken, all paired with five incredible wines.

Even better, this is very special goat cheese from the Grade A Saanen Goat Dairy at Decimal Place Farm in Conley, Georgia, home to majestic Saanen goats, the heralded Swiss breed. The farm’s creator is Mary Hart Rigdon whose expertise in Animal Science began at the University of Georgia. Mary will dine with you and share knowledge about her cheeses and the goat dairy. You’ll be in Murphy’s private dining room.
