Dine with winery owner Aurelien Roulin and learn about his outstanding Napa Valley and Russian River white and red wines paired with your 5-course dinner.

Ellie Anest, Carol Vassilliadis, and Aurelien Roulin are the three founding partners who brought the Eleven Eleven Winery to life in 2014. That same year, the team brought on winemaker, Kirk Venge, one of the most recognized and sought-after winemakers in Northern California. In addition to Eleven Eleven, he is the owner and winemaker of Venge Estate Vineyards and Winery and the new label, Croix Estate. Kirk’s winemaking style, guiding principles and partner approach made him a natural fit for the Eleven Eleven team.
