2015 Bedrock Wine Company “Cuvée Karatas” Moon Mountain District
White Blend on sale $44.99

94 Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate
The 2015 Cuvée Karatas Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, the latter from a parcel of Semillon planted in the 1880s in the Monte Rosso Vineyard. Morgan Peterson says it is “one-of-a-kind stuff” and there is no reason to doubt him. An over-the-top flamboyant, rather amazing wine with notes of orange marmalade, honeydew melon, jam, quince, white currants, and flowers. There was an almost unctuous quality to the texture and super-concentration from these two varieties. Most of this is from dry-farmed vineyards and the honeyed, low-yields that were present in 2015 translated into this wonderfully fresh, incredible wine that almost behaves like one of the great wines from Chateau d’Yquem. Drink it over the next 5-7 years, although I wouldn’t be surprised to see it last longer. Everybody should recognize the incredible speed at which Morgan Twain-Peterson has built his Bedrock Wine Co. into a world-class performer. Moreover, few people have done more to preserve and save heritage/ancient-vine vineyards than Peterson. Here is his new lineup of wines that shows his creative Midas touch for coaxing full character out of his diverse terroirs and blends. His commitment to excellence is something to admire. 2012 Domaine R de la Grange, Muscadet de Sèvre & Maine, the Loire on sale $18.99

Beautifully minerally, expressive nose with a dash of lemon fruit. The palate seems beautifully poised and elegant, with real polish and a lovely gentle minerality, fresh and pure, yet with a lively mouth-filling texture. Drinking Window 2017-2028

2017 Big Table Farm, Willamette Valley, Pinot Gris 130 cases produced
unfined and unfiltered on sale $34.19

User warning: This is not a white wine! We’ve made this wine in the same fashion since 2010. It is fermented on the skins and stems. This reddish/grayish grape produces a copper colored wine that explodes with fruit, body, texture, and salinity. The result is a very full-bodied luscious wine with lots of fruit and structure, but the freshness of white wine. Bone dry, malolactic complete and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Seafood, especially fattier versions, has always been a fantastic accompaniment. We hope you love this wine as much as we do!
Tasting notes – Inviting aromas of roasted peaches and ripe apricots rise from this sunset-hued Pinot Gris. A satin texture on the palate carries flavors of dried blossoms and herbs, stone fruit and dried orange peel. Spices warm the finish with subtle notes of cumin and cardamom.

N.V. Henriot Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne, Champagne, France on sale $53.99
93 Wine Enthusiast
This is excellent Champagne, in the bottle-aged Henriot style. It’s a classic Chardonnay, ripe, creamy, packed with yellow fruits, and finely balanced with a great waft of toast. A high percentage of older vintages in the blend gives this wine richness, maturity, without ever losing its crisp edge.

2006 Henri Goutorbe “Special Club” Grand Cru Brut Champagne, Ay, France on sale $89.99
93 points Wine Spectator
Baked raspberry and melon notes are ripe and fragrant on the nose and palate, joining accents of toast, spun honey and ground coffee in this balanced Champagne. Tightly meshed, with mouthwatering acidity, lingers on the spiced finish. 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, all Grand Cru fruit

Peay Le Titans, Sonoma Coast, Estate Syrah on sale $54.99
The 2014 Syrah Estate Les Titans are very tightly wound today. The signature blue/purplish fruit profile comes through, but the savory, peppery notes that are typical of this site need time to develop. Today 2015 is raw and in need of time, but its potential is evident. Black pepper and lavender overtones develop with time in the glass, providing a glimpse of what will grow over time.
